Headlight Productions was founded in Stockholm, Sweden, 2005. The founder Ronnie Backlund has for over a decade been touring as Tour manager and/or Sound Engineer. Among the clients using his services are well reputed acts such as Opeth, Entombed, Amon Amarth, Katatonia to mention a few. These tours have made it possible to personally meet and put a firm ground for an extended network of promoters, agencies, record label representatives and other music business personnel.
Ronnie is also an album releasing artist himself [releasing two albums with his former band Amaran, through French label Listenable records] and has been working a short period of time at the creative department of music publishing company Air Chrysalis Scandinavia. All together this has given knowledge and a wide experience of many different sides of the music industry.
